Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and New Image DFW ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

New Image DFW provides roofing and outdoor living services, including but not limited to residential and commercial roofing, roof repair and replacement, storm damage assessment, insurance claims assistance, and various outdoor living solutions such as pergolas, outdoor kitchens, concrete work, turf installation, and fencing.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided through our website or during consultations are based on the information provided by you and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on a detailed inspection and the specific requirements of your project.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on current material costs and labor rates.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project or according to the payment schedule specified in your contract.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties for materials are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all maintenance requirements specified in your warranty documentation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. For projects already in progress, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of New Image DFW or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Image DFW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New Image DFW and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
